When Redmi launched its AirDots series, it seemed like everyone wanted to get their hands on them. Many of us thought that AirDots was too good to be true, so we decided to put Redmi Air Dots to the test and see if they lived up to the hype. Here’s our Redmi Air Dots review!
The Redmi AirDots come in very simple packaging. Nothing is so unique and intimidating about the packaging as we have seen in many different earbuds. Inside, you will find the earbuds, a charging case, a user manual, and a micro USB cable for charging. As long as the packaging is considered, it was ok, but it could be better. This packaging looks just like a normal budgeted hand-free package.
The first experience was a tragic one. When I visited the store and try to connect this device with my cell phone, I faced little difficulty. It wasn’t connecting. The reason is, that the device was already connected with some other cell. So they disconnected it with that device first. Now, it connects quickly as I switch on the Bluetooth. It is working quite well for me now. This is one of the important aspects to observe in any earbud.
As soon as I unpacked the Redmi AirDots, I was impressed with the sound quality. I have used different hand-frees, headphones, and earbuds, so I can clearly tell that I was better than most. I really enjoy the audio quality and pitch stability. The best thing about this is, that no one can hear the song at full volume even sitting next to you. I usually use these buds during gym and can’t feel the music from the gym speakers. Most importantly, your ears don’t feel them.
One of the most impressive things about the Redmi AirDots is their battery life. On a single charge, you can get up to 4 hours of use. And if you’re using the charging case, you can get up to 12 hours of use. That’s pretty impressive for such a small device. Plus, the charging case is very compact and easy to carry around with you, I charge the case whenever I am using earbuds. That is why this is my love.
The Redmi AirDots come with a charging case that can hold up to the battery for 12 hours. To charge the earbuds, simply place them in the case and close the lid. A LED light on the front of the case will turn red, indicating that the earbuds are charging. The earbuds will fully charge in about two hours. You can even charge the case separately for later portable charging.
This device is overall impressive. I am using this device on a daily basis since I bought it, and it is still working perfectly for me. My experience with this is good, I am satisfied with this device so far. Redmi Air Dots have average battery life and charge within 2 hours. I would recommend these if someone asks for good earbuds on a limited budget. If you are using the same device, do let me know about your experience in comments.
Thanks for your time, you are the best.
