Because it syncs with your other Google Apps and other personal apps, making everything super easy to access and track. Keep track of deadlines and plan your schedule accordingly.
With this tool at your disposal, you’ll never forget a meeting again. I plan my daily schedule a day ahead on google calendar. My Simple motto is “If something is not in my Google calendar, it is never going to happen”. So I almost have every little task assigned to myself on google calendar. This tool is the best you can start using as fast as you can.
Slack is really one of the productivity tools for team collaboration. Slack has different features that can allow people in the company to post updates, share files, send private messages, and more. I started using Slack when I was in a software house 2 years back. This tool really helps me share marketing updates with the team, and updates about upcoming events. Our developers were also using this tool to collaborate with the project owners. It also has an interface that is easy to use for beginners.
For example, it will give you choices when opening an email such as Don’t read, Reply inline, or Open in Slack. One drawback of Slack is that it requires a paid plan which can be very expensive depending on how many members are on your team.
3) Google Keep
Google Keep is a fairly easy-to-use productivity tool. It’s important to have somewhere handy and easily accessible that you can quickly jot down a note, save your passwords, and make reminders. I am using Google Keep for a long time, basically, I save up every little detail on it, I use this mostly on my cell phone and I can also access it on my laptop later.
This really reminds me of things important to me that I forgot often. Google Keep has these features built-in as well as the ability to share notes and create folders. Because Google Keep doesn’t get too cluttered with extraneous information it is easier for the user to find what they are looking for.
Evernote is a tool that you think maybe is like google calendar, but that is not true. Evernote is a free productivity tool that allows you to easily and efficiently organize your day. You can even use it as your journal. With Evernote, you can save images, texts, emails, web pages, PDFs, and a ton of other things into ‘notes’ which can then be organized into different notebooks for easier access later on.
In addition to this, the app is compatible with a number of platforms so all of your notes will always be accessible from whichever device you’re on at the time just like other Google apps. It’s important to know how you work best in order to maximize its usefulness. I used this app for three months, as a trial, and I found it really helpful and satisfying. You just have your Gmail account for that. Believe me, these apps can save tons of time and effort. Set them, regulate them on a daily basis, and you are good to go, you don’t have to worry about the important document that you can’t able to find when usually needed.
