So it’s safe to say that the total number of available anime series easily exceeds 2,000. No matter your age or taste in anime, you’re sure to find something here that will catch your interest. 1) Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure is one of the best anime series for kids. The story follows a protagonist who is the son of an aristocrat, Jonathan Joestar. When his family adopts a boy named Dio Brando, he battles him in a mansion. The show has been praised by critics and fans alike with its creative characters, gripping storyline and intense fights. It is ranked as one of the top anime series on MyAnimeList with a score of 9.0/10. And it is also considered as one of the best anime series for kids.

2) Attack on Titan

Attack on Titan is a Japanese anime series based on the popular manga. The show follows Eren Yeager, his adopted sister Mikasa Ackerman and their friend Armin Arlert as they struggle to survive in a world overrun by titans. With an emphasis on character development and plot twists, Attack on Titan has quickly become one of the most popular anime series in recent years.

From mystery cliffhangers to devastating plot developments, there’s always something new to look forward to. From intense battles with giant giants Titans, unlikely allies can rise up against this menacing force. It’ll be interesting to see how the protagonist will fare against such formidable enemies that humanity might not be able find an answer for yet.

This anime is still in my watch-list, and I will start this once i finished the Naruto series.

3) Death Note

Death Note is an anime that released in December 2006 and it might just be the top anime series you won’t want to miss. Death Note is based on a Japanese manga written by Tsugumi Ohba and illustrated by Takeshi Obata. It’s about a boy named Light Yagami who finds a book dropped from the sky by a shinigami named Ryuk that kills anyone whose name or face he writes in the book.

The only way for someone’s name to be removed from the book is if they manage to kill him or her before they touch their 40th birthday, so all across Japan there are people who can’t wait for somebody else to die because then their own death would not only be assured, but also painless. This season is not very long, fairly consist on 37 episodes.

4) Naruto

Based on the manga by Masashi Kishimoto, this series follows Naruto Uzumaki, a loud and hyperactive ninja who constantly searches for approval and recognition, as he trains with his mentor Kakashi Hatake to become the Hokage of Konoha. The story begins with Naruto as an adolescent boy who constantly seeks attention from his peers. However, his life changes when he is assigned to Team 7 in order to complete missions under the leadership of Kakashi.

As their work progresses, Naruto befriends Sasuke Uchiha, but rivalry arises between them because they both share similar goals: Sasuke wants revenge against his brother Itachi Uchiha while Naruto wants acknowledgement from him; at one point Sasuke even becomes allied with Orochimaru for that purpose.

5) One Piece

One Piece is one of the best anime series to watch. The anime follows a teenage boy named Monkey D. Luffy who, in his quest for becoming the Pirate King, accidentally eats a fruit that makes him able to stretch like rubber. He then teams up with a group of pirates and set sail on a journey across the sea in search for treasure and adventure. The show has been running since 1997 and is still currently ongoing with new episodes being released weekly!

6) SPY×FAMILY

SPY×FAMILY is an anime series of 2022 written and illustrated by Kotaro Shishidou. It centers around the protagonist, Kenshi, who was recruited by an organization that protects the world from supernatural beings called Noctors. The story opens with Kenshi as a high school student living with his father, a former member of SPY×FAMILY. One day, he gets caught up in an incident involving Noctors and is forced to kill one for the first time.

7) Vampire in the Garden

Vampire in the Garden is an anime series of 2022 that chronicles the story of a high school girl named Riko who falls in love with a vampire. The show premiered on Netflix in 2020 and was well received by both critics and audiences, who praised the show for its compelling storyline, beautiful visuals and character development. This is certainly one not to miss!

Elfen Lied is a classic anime series that was released in 2004. I remember watching it for the first time as a child, and I still think about it to this day. The show follows an outcast girl named Lucy who is falsely accused of murdering her classmates and ends up living in a lab where scientists do experiments on her, including injecting her with drugs that make her kill anyone she comes into contact with.
