The Top 5 Reasons Why Startups Are the Future

Twenty years ago, it was still the golden age of traditional businesses. But the internet revolution changed that forever. Nowadays, startups are on the rise, from giants like Apple and Google to small businesses such as Uber and Flipkart, so much so that being an entrepreneur has become the new trend in society. Startups are increasing worldwide, people are more conscious about earning with peace of mind.

There were times when we used to focus on our future with an ambition to become a successful doctor, engineer, or pilot, and that was all. Our fantasy land. No doubt there were scholars and philosophers, but why the sales managers, marketers, and entrepreneurs have more experience and knowledge about human behavior in a particular situation? This generation has witnessed the most revolutionary changes in the world. we have embraced technology & professional growth at the same time with the same enthusiasm. If you’re looking to start your own business, but don’t know where to begin, here are five reasons why startups are the future and why every entrepreneur should pay attention.

1) STARTUPS ARE THE FUTURE:

What do you think has changed our mindset about lifestyle and priorities? we are observing new startups on a daily basis whether they be small physical businesses or online businesses. Why are people taking risks with their savings or investments? why are fresh graduates prefer small businesses instead of an internship or jobs? Does it give any good?

If you’re in your early 20s, take a look around. Where are most of your friends? In jobs, they aren’t passionate about. Young entrepreneurs are saying no to jobs and launching startups because they see how technology is changing everything—and entrepreneurship is on an upward trajectory. Startup life isn’t for everyone. But if you have a passion for starting something new, learning new skills, meeting new people, and building something bigger than yourself, then startups may be for you.

YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS

2) YOUNG ENTREPRENEURS:

Most young entrepreneurs fail, but that’s okay. Think of it as a learning process. Some of history’s greatest entrepreneurs—Google’s Sergey Brin and Larry Page; Michael Dell; Bill Gates—failed before they succeeded. If they hadn’t failed, they wouldn’t have learned, and if they hadn’t learned, then today we wouldn’t be talking about Google or Microsoft or Dell or any other successful startup.

We should teach the students about startups and polish their ideas about them. it could really help them in the future. they will be aware of what they are doing and what else they need to do to be successful. One can find millions of ideas about startups, small businesses, online businesses, and side hustles over the internet.

But you need deep studies about the specific startup before jumping into it. You get ideas or suggestions from your family, or seniors in that specific field, on YouTube. You can have a one-to-one conversation with some startup advisor. There will be some ideas that I found interesting and achievable, I will link those in the end, and some experienced start-up advisors as well.

Gone were the days when you need capital for your startup, technology made us capable of amazing things without any investment in the first place. You may just need a fine connection to the internet and a laptop to up & run your (online startup). the beginning of everything is small. you can exceed as you become more experienced and ultimately start competing in the big market. Have you ever considered this way that the energy that you are utilizing to boost a company you are working in, you can also use that to build a new brand out of yourself.

3) STUDENTS SAYING NO TO JOBS:

Job for experience and experience for job circle discomforts the fresh graduates, no doubt they have an interest in learning new things, but they are lacking the experience and are completely dependent on the piece of paper which you guys know as a Degree. if you are familiar with this concept then congratulations, you are one of us.

Studies show that most students chose to go for any random job when they didn’t get their dream jobs because of no experience or new entry. Now, there is something interesting that you should know. A new job holder will be more productive & motivated, with a positive mindset. They are like red hot iron which you can shape into whatever you want.

This is attributed to an increase in entrepreneurship among millennials. As technology has made it easier for individuals to establish a new venture, we’re seeing more people eschew corporate jobs in favor of startups.

The rise of crowdfunding websites like Kickstarter and Indiegogo. Where entrepreneurs can launch and market their businesses without ceding ownership or control to traditional investors, has also made it easier for young people to launch a business. Though that doesn’t mean they’re all hitting it big.

WELCOME TO THE DIGITAL AGE

4) WELCOME TO THE DIGITAL AGE:

If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re using at least one piece of digital technology on a daily basis. From your morning alarm clock to your evening social life, technology has become an integral part of our lives. When it comes to business and innovation, though, startups are starting to push us into a new realm.

One where technology is evolving faster than ever before. In just a few years, starting your own business became almost as easy as writing an email. All you need is an idea and a computer or mobile device to get started. Teaching about startups is easier now than ever before, but there are still reasons why many don’t begin their own company.

In Today’s era of volatility, there is no other way but to re-invent. the only sustainable advantage you can have over others is agility, that’s it. Because nothing else is sustainable, everything else you create, somebody else will replicate.

5) STARTUPS ARE INNOVATION + COMMUNITY:

A startup can be a group of people with a plan to change an existing industry or create a new one. A startup that truly innovates has two things. First, it understands its own customer so well that it can provide something better than what’s currently available. Second, it builds a community around that customer in such a way that other customers want to join and help make it even better. Ultimately, startups are built on both ingenuity and great relationships.

Corona Pandemic opened our eyes when we lose jobs, businesses were closed, savings were consumed, and investments shattered. Most of us chose different ways to cover losses or to start a new venture on our own after losing jobs. Startups are one thing but never forget to invest in different portfolios for your rainy days.

CONCLUSION:

Nothing against ordinary normal jobs, but identify yourself. If you are happy where you are then this blog is just a way of entertainment for you. But if you are confused, dizzy, and uncomfortable at your job please give it a second thought. This is not the life you were dreaming of while you were a child.

Don’t take it too seriously, it doesn’t mean that you leave your job tomorrow and start your business tomorrow. It is just to be aware that you have a sense as well of what you want to accomplish in your life and what is stopping you. Start it as a side hustle, and slowly transfer your complete focus to it when it starts to crawl.

In the end, I would like to say that this thought has changed my life entirely. I would love to share my story of how I left the job and started my own startup portfolio. Do let me know in the comments if you are interested in it. So, relax your mind, go for morning walks, and stay positive. if something exists in this world for you, you will get that ultimately. see you next time.
